Description

The base plate is the foundation on which the entire Special Precision Clamping System should be built. Its use, mounted on the machine tool without having to disassemble, allows you to take full advantage of its enormous versatility and potential.

Plates made of special, durable steel. Ground, fl atness ±0.01. Each plate is adapted, has holes for positioning pins and screws, for very fast, precise assembly on the machine table with T-track spacing every 100 mm and every 125 mm (European and Japanese machine tools, Asian machines). 18H7 positioning pins included. On each plate, a raster of holes is made in the spacing of 50 mm x 50 mm with a diameter in the upper part of the hole for a dowel pin 12H7 followed by an M12 thread. Such a base plate prepared and prepared means its enormous versatility, allows you to build modular fastening systems.
