Precisely made, positioned on H7 plugs and 12H7 positioning pins. The cradle plate is very versatile, universal, covered like most of our products in the whole system, with a hole grid Ø12. in the upper part each hole fi ts the positioning pin 12H7, bottom with M12 thread.
The use of a rotary table on a 3-axis machine tool means 4 axes. Signifi cantly reduces machining times. According to our tests, the 648 mm long and 55 mm thick board is the optimal solution. It allows maintaining the optimal ratio of cradle weight to system rigidity during machining, avoiding vibrations when using optimal cutting parameters.
