Our company specializes and has for many years experience in the production of high-quality precision parts.
For several years during our work, production, creation, implementation of various types of parts, instrumentation for their production, observation, learning, testing, we have seen that this can be done better, more functionally than the instruments and fittings offered on the market.
For many years, we have been producing various types of tooling and fastenings for our own needs and for our clients.
This was and is possible thanks to our high-quality machine park and an ingenious, creative team of engineers and production workers.
In the period of several years of our own production, we have made many such fastenings, instrumentation, used for effective, reliable fastening, obtaining repeatability, accuracy of execution and thus reducing machining time, reducing the use of tools, materials, energy and other costs reducing production costs and increasing efficiency and then, as a result of all these factors, very good quality products can be created at very competitive prices.
This is how the first of our own production were created, e.g. 4-axis machining towers (Tombston), the so-called cradles for 4 axis rotary tables (Trunnion Assembly) transition plates, holders, adapters, plate adapters, heavy and light cutting clamps as well as our recently implemented very good design of precision vices and precise universal machining plates for clamping vices, adapters, clamps and the like.
These products were created and are created as a result of B&R works by a team of our technologists.
Our products were created on the basis of noticed errors, inconveniences, lack of solutions, universality, accuracy in solutions produced by other companies, and we constantly improved on the basis of observation during our own production in the production hall. So these are not theoretical solutions, but practical, resulting from implementations, observations, tests, and improvement of own production.
